All Solicitors Reaching Out To Sell Us Your Services To Do Work For Our Company,

If you’re reaching out with an offer to do work for us in any area and you have an offer you are making, it’s important that you understand how to best position yourself for success in getting a response from me and that you follow the directions that I’m providing here, otherwise your message will be deleted and it won’t make it to me.

Given the we receive over 100 messages per week with people offering services to me including and many of them the same exact services and wanting me to get on a call with them, you’ve got to follow the success factors that are being provided to get you the opportunity to get our attention.

Since my intention is to be an effective CEO who invests my valuable time very intentionally into what needs my attention and gets me the ultimate results I’m seeking there is only so much capacity to review your pitch, so you need to make sure you follow these steps if you want a chance for your offer to be considered instead of deleted.

  1. State who you are, any credentials you have.

  2. State your expertise.

  3. State who your company name, it’s location, and your website.

  4. State the amount of time you’ve been in business.

  5. State what services you are offering and provide details.

  6. State how you do them

  7. State how long you take to do them and the timing you promise.

  8. State how your services benefit me in the short and long term.

  9. State the fees clearly for any services you are offering.

  10. Be competitive with your pricing as the global marketplace is full of people from all over the world providing the same services at very competitive rates. If there is someone else who does exactly what you do at a lower price they will likely get the business.

  11. State the ROI that we can expect from our investment in dollars.

  12. Give examples of others success and share social proof that is very clear that is real, no BS.

  13. Share about your personality and what it’s like to work with you.

  14. State the number one benefit to working with you over others.

  15. State any other relevant details that make it super easy to understand your value as we quickly scan your offer.

  16. List these items in a numbered list so it’s easy to read and we can know instantly that you can follow the directions that we give (yes this is a test).

  17. Take your shot, make your pitch, provide your offer, and make it good as you have one shot or your message will be deleted as each week another 100 people will reach out with an offer.

  18. Follow the directions, make it simple and easy for us to consider you and give yourself the best chance to be seen as someone who can follow the directions and work efficiently with us with tremendous and competitive value relative to everyone else you’re competing with.

  19. Message only once with all relevant information and follow the process and your business may be considered as a partner with us in our ventures or one of our referral partners for our clients who we recommend other services providers to, within the scope of our programs. If you hear back from us you’ve moved forward in the process otherwise move on as we only message those that we want more information from or want to move forward with.

  20. Only if your services absolutely require a video from you in order to explain them, make it short and very easy to understand. One minute max. And if we want a video from you we will request it. Otherwise please keep all pitches in writing.
